Fitness begins in your mind, not the gym.

Let me explain.

It happens every time you vow to start working out. The questions you ask may not be the right ones. Questions like:

  • How many days a week should I work out?
  • What should I do on those days?
  • Should I only lift weights?
  • How many sets and reps do I need to do?
  • Should I even be doing cardio exercise?
  • How long should I do all these things before I feel better?

Sound familiar? Do you get overwhelmed by questions like these? And do they prevent you from taking action?

Here’s the real problem:

  • You are putting the cart before the horse.
  • You will end up with misinformation. If you have a plan at all, it probably won’t be suitable for your unique needs, ability, and lifestyle.
  • And you know what happens next. You’ve been there before. Burnout and frustration ensue.

There’s a better way.

I want to be your coach because I know I can help you.

Education is the key. My custom plan for you will be accompanied with educational insight so that you understand exactly WHY you are doing every exercise, every set, every rep, every step you take. The more you know, the easier the workouts become.

As strange as it may sound:

  • The physical workout is the simplest part of fitness.
  • You’ll discover why an emphasis on mind/muscle connection is so essential for lasting success. And isn’t that what it’s all about?
